To bring expenses in line withanticipated income, severapl senior positions have been consolidated, staf f layoffs and furloughs were implemented, salaries have been reduced across the board and the overall budgetr was restructured. “The Boarrd of Trustees evaluated every scenarioo before proceeding with some tough but strategicallysound decisions," said incoming chairman of the boarsd David Christensen.
