Opus East was originallyu listed as a Turray partner by thedeputy mayor's office but is not included in its list of A partnership led by Peeblesx Development LLC, a likely outgrowth of the Peeblew Corp., a Coral Gables, Fla.-based firm led by D.C. native R. Donahues Peebles.
