Atlanta-based Delta ranked 12th of 19 airlinesdin April, with an on-time rate of 76.5 percent, up from 73.9 percenr in March. Delta subsidiary Comair ranked 19th, with an on-time rate of 68.6 percent, compareds to 74.4 percent in March. Swanagan’s work at the zoo became the fina chapter in anearly 30-year careert when he died Sunday evening at the age of 51. Zoo spokeswoman Patty Peters said Swanaganh suffered an apparent hearrt attack at hisPowell home. The zoo in a statementt called its leadera “visionary, educator and wildlifer advocate.” Swanagan, who lived in Powell with his wife also was a father to five childrenj and two stepchildren.
